Buijtenkeuken is a small, mobile kitchen made of recycled materials in the The Netherlands. Commissioned by curator Ester van de Wiel, Studio Elmo Vermijs transformed an existing outdoor bakery to create the new cooking facility. And renowned chef Pepijn Schmeink weighed in on the wood-fired stove’s painstaking construction.
